Drive Well Driving School is a U.S.–based company serving students across Virginia. We manage scheduling, customer support, and coordination with instructors. We're looking for someone who can communicate clearly, think fast, and handle clients with professionalism.

Job Description

We're hiring a full-time CSR / Personal Assistant to handle client communication, scheduling, and backend coordination with our U.S. office.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent, confident English and can handle direct phone or text conversations with American clients without hesitation or heavy accent.

You'll assist with:

  • Responding to calls, texts, and emails from students and parents.
  • Scheduling lessons and updating records in our CRM (Zoho Bigin).
  • Coordinating with instructors on timing and student progress.
  • Managing WhatsApp, Zoom Phone, and Gmail communication.
  • Performing daily follow-ups and reporting to the manager.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English. Must sound natural and confident when speaking with U.S. clients.
  • Experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or call handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Reliable internet and a quiet work environment.
  • Professional attitude, self-discipline, and consistency.

Pay & Schedule

  • Rs 50,000 – Rs 80,000 PKR per month (based on experience and communication skills).
  • Full-time remote position.
  • Monday – Saturday, U.S. hours (Eastern Time Zone). 10 am - 7 PM
