Key ResponsibilitiesMedical Billing

  • Accurately prepare and submit insurance claims and patient invoices within required timelines.
  • Review claims for completeness, coding accuracy, and compliance with payer guidelines.
  • Maintain organized billing documentation and up-to-date records in the practice management system.
  • Process adjustments, credit memos, and payment postings accurately and efficiently.
  • Update and maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance details.
  • Generate monthly billing statements and customized RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) reports.
  • Support the accounting team with reconciliations and month-end financial reporting.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline billing operations.

Collections

  • Follow up proactively on unpaid insurance claims and patient balances to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Monitor and manage A/R aging reports, focusing on overdue accounts for resolution.
  • Communicate with insurance payers to resolve delays, denials, or underpayments.
  • Address patient billing concerns professionally and arrange payment plans when necessary.
  • Collaborate with billing and patient services teams to resolve complex collection issues.
  • Document all collection activities, follow-ups, and correspondence accurately in the system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs80,000.00 per month
