Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Billing Team Lead / Manager located in Johar Town. The individual will oversee daily operations of the billing department, ensuring accurate coding, timely claim submissions, and efficient denial management. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable follow-ups, payment postings, patient scheduling, eligibility and benefits verification, authorizations, charge creation, and patient statement processes. The role involves team leadership, process optimization, and ensuring compliance with billing regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Medical Terminology and ICD-10 coding
  • Experience with managing claim denials and insurance processes
  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and procedures
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in a medical billing leadership role is preferred
