Job Description:

The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop detailed project plans and schedules.

· Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.

· Ensure that all work is completed to the required standards and specifications.

· Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks.

· Monitor project budgets and control costs.

· Prepare and submit regular financial reports.

· Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

· Prepare and submit project reports, including progress, Drawings, financial, and compliance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in civil engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Based on construction sites, with occasional office work

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
