Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of aviation operations, including flight planning, scheduling, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of flight crew and support personnel.

  • Implement and maintain rigorous safety management systems (SMS) and ensure adherence to all relevant aviation regulations and standards.

  • Manage operational budgets, including fuel purchasing, maintenance, and crew expenses.

  • Address and resolve any operational issues with prompt and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

  • Significant experience in aviation operations management, preferably within the private sector.

  • Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.

  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must hold or be able to attain relevant certifications and licenses as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs250,000.00 per month
