This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence, located in Islamabad. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of AI-driven solutions while continuously improving product performance through analytics, user feedback, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-based products.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to build innovative AI solutions.
  • Translate customer and market needs into actionable features and products.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Analyze data to measure the success of features and guide product decisions.
  • Stay current with AI trends, technologies, and applications relevant to our industry.
  • Ensure ethical use of AI technologies and data handling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI or data-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP, computer vision, or large language models (LLMs).
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in agile/scrum product development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience launching AI-powered SaaS or enterprise solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Figma, Notion, and analytics platforms.
  • Background in data science or software development is a plus.
