We are looking Purchase Executive for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services in a cost-effective and timely manner. The role requires strong knowledge of purchasing markets, vendor management, and the ability to develop creative procurement strategies that support business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure goods/services in line with company requirements.
  • Research purchasing markets to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers.
  • Monitor market trends, product availability, and price fluctuations.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years' procurement experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing markets and vendor management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
