Role Description

  • Manage procurement of trims and accessories (local, domestic, and cut-to-pack) while ensuring quality compliance.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing data, and invoices, ensuring timely submission to accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and factory stores to resolve procurement and material issues.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring alignment with quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
  • Source cost-effective materials and verify new items through supplier comparisons and R&D developments.
  • Oversee supply-demand alignment, material replenishment, supplier performance, and timely delivery tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of procurement or supply chain experience (preferably in manufacturing/ fashion retail industry)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
