
Client Relations Specialist

Experience Required: 2–5 years in client-facing roles (preferably in creative, advertising, or digital agencies)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Growth Manager/Executives who will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. The ideal candidate will understand the full spectrum of agency services (creative, digital marketing, design, web /app development, video production, etc.) and work closely with internal teams to deliver impactful results.
The role requires strategic thinking, relationship management, and a growth-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly.
Project & Service Coordination
- Work with internal teams (design, marketing, development, content, media buying) to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Translate client goals into clear deliverables and timelines for internal teams.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns and projects to ensure alignment with objectives.
Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across all agency services.
- Develop and present proposals for additional services that align with client goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare growth reports for clients.
Communication & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of client communications, project status, and feedback.
- Share regular updates with clients on progress, results, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with management to forecast revenue and client retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a related role.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
