Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Rawalpindi. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, managing the recruitment process, and coordinating training sessions for new hires. The role involves collaborating with various departments to identify staffing needs.

  • Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
  • Experience in Training
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the marketing or telemarketing industry is a plus
