We're Hiring – Senior Manager (Local Yarn Division)

Vigour Impex
, one of Pakistan's leading textile sourcing and supply chain management companies, is looking for a
Senior Marketing Manager – Local Yarn Division
to strengthen our domestic yarn operations.


What We're Looking For:

  • 5–7 years' proven experience in the
    yarn/spinning industry
  • Hands-on exposure to both
    factory and buying house environments
  • Strong track record in
    yarn sales
    with market credibility
  • Solid
    technical understanding of yarn and spinning processes
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive
    domestic yarn sales
    , ensuring a working relationship with existing and new clientele.
  • Develop new clientele in existing and / or new domains (within local yarn market)
  • Handle
    costing, pricing, and technical evaluations
  • Oversee
    execution follow-ups
    with suppliers and buyers.
  • Prepare and present
    monthly dashboards
    covering sales, billing, recovery, and pending balances.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • Strong technical foundation in
    spinning/yarn manufacturing
    .
  • Proven record of managing
    key customer accounts
    .
  • Proficiency in
    ERP/Excel-based reporting and dashboards
    .
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.


Preference:

Candidates with
considerable sales experience (specially in buying houses)
will be given special consideration.
