Position Overview: Senior Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic acquisition and performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and has a proven track record in managing high-performing digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, manage, and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across performance channels.

· Oversee all social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.

· Plan, implement, and continuously improve performance marketing strategies through paid, organic, and owned media channels.

· Analyze campaign performance data, report on KPIs, and present actionable insights to senior management.

· Explore and test emerging marketing channels to enhance lead generation and conversion performance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the marketing funnel and improve conversion rates.

· Drive performance through data-backed decision-making, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.

· Stay current on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and apply innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

· Meta Certification (media buying/planning/relevant) is mandatory for this senior-level role.

· Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, and social media.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of data interpretation and consumer behavior.

· Experience in using performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

· Excellent communication and project management skills.

· Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
