Role Overview

We're looking for a
results-driven Lead Generation Specialist
to join our Karachi team. You'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting
25–30 high-quality leads per week
using tools like
Apollo
and
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
.

This is a
full-time, on-site
role focused on expanding our client base through research, outreach, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify
    high-quality B2B leads
    from multiple platforms.
  • Use
    Apollo
    and
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    to identify and reach potential clients.
  • Create and execute effective
    lead generation strategies
    .
  • Communicate with prospects via
    email, LinkedIn, and calls
    .
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Track and analyze lead performance and maintain CRM records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    lead generation or sales development
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, research, and negotiation
    skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B outreach and client hunting.
  • Ability to work
    independently and in a team environment
    .
  • Bachelor's in
    Marketing, Business, or a related field
    (preferred).
  • Experience in
    IT services or SaaS
    is a plus.
