Role Overview
We're looking for a
results-driven Lead Generation Specialist
to join our Karachi team. You'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting
25–30 high-quality leads per week
using tools like
Apollo
and
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
.
This is a
full-time, on-site
role focused on expanding our client base through research, outreach, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify
high-quality B2B leads
from multiple platforms. - Use
Apollo
and
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
to identify and reach potential clients. - Create and execute effective
lead generation strategies
. - Communicate with prospects via
email, LinkedIn, and calls
. - Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
- Track and analyze lead performance and maintain CRM records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in
lead generation or sales development
. - Excellent
communication, research, and negotiation
skills. - Strong understanding of B2B outreach and client hunting.
- Ability to work
independently and in a team environment
. - Bachelor's in
Marketing, Business, or a related field
(preferred). - Experience in
IT services or SaaS
is a plus.
