LinkedIn Sales Specialist

Digaptics is looking for a proactive and motivated LinkedIn Sales Specialist to manage outreach, build meaningful connections, and generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will understand how to use LinkedIn strategically for prospecting, relationship-building, and driving sales opportunities for our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients on LinkedIn.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach, messaging, and profile engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-ups and value-driven communication.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns and messaging sequences.
- Maintain organized lead records and track progress through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, tools, and best practices to improve outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a LinkedIn Sales Specialist, Lead Generation Expert, or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's networking, outreach, and lead-generation features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage prospects professionally and build rapport quickly.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to meet weekly/monthly lead goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn automation tools (optional but preferred).
