We're Hiring – Production Manager

Location: Port Qasim, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality automotive/ EV products.
  • Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, and EHS standards.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the production team to achieve excellence.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality teams for smooth operations and new product trials.

Requirements:

B.E in Mechanical / Industrial / Automotive Engineering; Masters degree will be an added advantage

  • 5–7 years of experience especially in automotive/EV manufacturing , with 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of assembly line operations, battery pack assembly, wiring harness, and electric drivetrain processes
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and production monitoring tools.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
