**About the Role:**

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as **External Recruiters**. This flexible, remote role involves sourcing and recruiting qualified **Market Research Analysts** for client projects. It is ideal for individuals with a passion for recruitment and a desire to work independently.

**Responsibilities:**

* Source and recruit qualified **Market Research Analysts** for client projects.

* Ensure recruits understand their roles and meet performance milestones.

* Guide recruits through onboarding and initial training.

* Monitor early-stage performance and coordinate with the internal team to ensure quality.

* Maintain accurate records of recruits, their progress, and project outcomes.

**Requirements:**

* Experience in recruitment, ideally for sales or outreach-based roles.

* Ability to evaluate candidates' communication skills and productivity potential.

* Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

* Familiarity with cold calling or lead generation roles is a plus, but not required.
