We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales professional with 6–12 months of experience, preferably with exposure to Upwork bidding and online client acquisition. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through Upwork and other online platforms.
  • Prepare and submit proposals/bids on Upwork and follow up with clients.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, outreach, and client communication.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales trackers, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and responses.
  • Learn and apply effective negotiation and sales closing techniques.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of sales or business development experience (Upwork bidding experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, ) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in client communication and proposal writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Rs24, Rs30,000.00 per month
