Housekeeping Supervisor – The Centaurus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations across the towers, including offices, lobbies, and public areas.

  • Assign and monitor tasks for housekeeping attendants.

  • Inspect cleanliness levels and ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Manage housekeeping consumables and ensure adequate stock levels.

  • Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for operational needs.

  • Handle staff attendance, shift rosters, and performance tracking.

  • Report daily operations and concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (hotel, office complex, or residential towers).

  • Excellent team management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multitasking.
