We're Hiring: Sales Trainer at W4WORK

Location: Onsite | Shift: Night

W4WORK is looking for a Sales Trainer to lead and manage impactful training programs for our growing telesales team.

What We're Looking For:

2–3 years of experience in T&D, L&D, or Enablement roles

Sales training experience is a strong plus

Proficiency in MS Office & Learning Management Systems

Ability to conduct online & facilitator-led sessions

Confident managing up to 100 trainees per batch

Comfortable with high-frequency batches & night shifts

Excellent communication & inter-team coordination

Willing to commute intercity for trainings (if needed)

Familiarity with Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, etc.

Onsite role – not remote.

Your Role:

Deliver online & onsite sales training

Design structured training plans

Coordinate with teams to reduce attrition

Continuously improve training quality & impact
