WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support sales and marketing teams in building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business business plans, quotas, and company objectives.
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target customer personas.
  • Extract and cleanse data using tools and techniques provided during training.
  • Research, track, maintain, and update lead databases regularly.
  • Review, verify, and correct data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter and update lead data into spreadsheets and internal databases in a timely manner.
  • Conduct market and client surveys to gather insights and validate information.
  • Compile and organize data for analysis and reporting.
  • Meet KPIs and lead generation targets set by the management.
  • Respond to and resolve data-related queries efficiently.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data filing and record maintenance.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with social networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) is a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
