
HR Intern

Requirements:
- Currently studying HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Documentation
- Help prepare offer letters, contracts, and employee records.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and ensuring documentation is complete.
- Maintain updated databases of new hires and interns.
- Employee Records & HR Administration
- Update HR systems and spreadsheets with employee information.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data.
- Assist in managing attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
- Training & Engagement
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and team events.
- Gather feedback from employees after training or engagement activities.
- Support HR in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
- Policy & Compliance Assistance
- Help ensure employee files comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
- Stay informed about basic labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- General HR Support
- Respond to employee queries related to HR processes.
- Assist HR team members with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
