Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/d)
to help us design, build, and scale
production-ready AI systems
that deliver real-time intelligence to our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and optimize AI systems based on LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks to ensure accuracy and real-time performance.
  • Bridge model development with robust service and API engineering for seamless platform integration.
  • Build and maintain streaming pipelines optimized for performance and compatibility.
  • Implement production-grade deployment practices — containerization, orchestration, and inference optimization.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate models and evaluate system-wide performance impact.
  • Drive scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement of AI services.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience with LLMs and RAG pipelines.
  • Hands-on work with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
  • Strong foundation in ML fundamentals — deep learning, NLP, and model evaluation.
  • Excellent Python skills, with experience in libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
  • Understanding of API/service engineering and streaming system design.
  • Experience with model deployment, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with integration and release engineering best practices.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Knowledge of vector databases for retrieval-based applications.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools (logging, tracing, metrics).
