About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales / Solution Architect to join our fast-growing team at IDWise, a global identity verification and fraud prevention platform. This role bridges the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs. You will work closely with enterprise prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, design tailored solutions, and ensure smooth onboarding and integration.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective customers and partners.
  • Translate customer requirements into detailed solution designs, including API flows, SDK integration, and data compliance needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demos, proof-of-concepts, and architecture presentations.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, assisting account executives and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap based on market feedback.
  • Support post-sales handover to Customer Support and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Stay current with ID verification, fraud prevention, and compliance trends to position IDWise competitively.

What We're Looking For.

  • 4–6 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or sales engineering roles in a SaaS, API-first, or identity-related business.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDK integration, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with compliance, KYC/AML, or fraud-prevention platforms is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable discussing architecture trade-offs, data residency, and deployment strategies.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong customer empathy.

Bonus Points.

  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of regional compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, DIFC, local KYC laws).
  • Previous involvement in technical writing, such as solution diagrams, proposals, or product documentation.
