We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team — an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge IoT devices, support global customers, and collaborate with QA and Engineering teams to ensure seamless product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Provisioning and Device Activations
  • Field configurations of different devices remotely based on customer requirements.
  • Proactive monitoring of the Customer data to identify any field issues
  • Trouble Shooting of hardware and software issues using various tools
  • Recreate and troubleshoot issues reported from the field to identify root causes and ensure long-term reliability.
  • To maintain a log of customer issues systematically using a suitable customer support tool.
  • Provide proactive and timely update to the customers on the resolution.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify, report, and debug hardware and firmware issues.
  • Work closely with the QA team for testing and debugging of customer issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance during and after deployment.
  • Provide detailed feedback and reports to the development team for product improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in IoT, electronics, and electrical quality assurance.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; any experience in a QA role is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of electronic and electrical circuits, IoT technologies, and firmware development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
