We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring smooth IT operations. You will work closely with senior IT staff to manage and resolve technical problems, maintain systems, and assist in the implementation of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install and configure software and hardware systems.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and IT procedures.
  • Assist in managing IT inventory and ensuring hardware and software are up to date.
  • Support team members in system upgrades and software installations.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
