About the Role

CITROK is looking for a motivated and result-driven
BDE (Upwork & LinkedIn Specialist)
with excellent
communication skills
to help us expand our client base globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals through
Upwork and LinkedIn
platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities on
    Upwork and LinkedIn
    .
  • Write compelling proposals and client communication to secure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align project scope with client requirements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
    (preferred).
  • Prior experience in
    Upwork bidding and LinkedIn lead generation
    .
  • Strong
    written & verbal communication skills
    .
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in closing deals.
