Job Description:

PentaExpress Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and proactive Female HR Associate to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in executing daily administrative and HR-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations aligned with company policies. This role is essential to fostering a professional, productive, and employee-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

· Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

· Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).

· Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as preparing employment letters, maintaining attendance records, and filing.

· Ensure compliance with company policies.

· Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.

· Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

· Participate in performance management processes.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 1 year or 6 Months of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in logistics, courier, or a similar fast-paced industry.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
