Job Title: HR Associate (Talent Retention)

Location: 19 Dockyard Road, West Wharf, Karachi, Pakisan

Key Responsibilities:

Develop job descriptions and review organizational structure for employee satisfaction and retention.

Analyze employee turnover trends and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective onboarding processes.

Provide coaching and support to managers on employee engagement and retention techniques.

Conduct market surveys for industry compensation and benefits.

Monitor employee satisfaction.

Conduct exit interviews.

Analyze retention data.

Develop retention programs and initiatives.

Perform data entry into the HR ERP system.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.

Proven experience in HR.

Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ERP system-specific certification.
