Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee task execution, reporting, and team monitoring. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management tools, able to track deliverables effectively, and ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure timely delivery from team members.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance and progress reports.
  • Monitor ongoing tasks using screen monitoring software to ensure productivity and accountability.
  • Utilize tools such as Trello, ClickUp, and Microsoft Teams for task assignment, tracking, and communication.
  • Act as a bridge between management and team, ensuring clear communication and task alignment.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and ensure reporting transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or operations management.
  • Strong command of Trello, ClickUp, Microsoft Teams, and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
  • Immediate availability is required.
