Manager Stores
to oversee our store operations and ensure smooth material management across sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and control all store activities including receiving, issuance, and record-keeping of materials.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Implement inventory control procedures and ensure accuracy of stock records.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely supply of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
  • Manage and train store staff for efficient operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory, consumption, and stock variance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience
    in
    store/inventory management within the construction industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and inventory systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
