We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive sales and maintain smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Monitor sales targets, performance, and implement strategies to boost revenue.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and compliance with policies.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights for business growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken & written).
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
