We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Proposal & Application Engineer
to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals/tender bids for EPC and customized projects.
  • Develop layout drawings, P&IDs, and SLDs with AutoCAD draftsmen during the enquiry phase.
  • Prepare operation philosophies, project timelines, and complete engineering designs/calculations for enquiries.
  • Perform DG set sizing and selection using relevant software for critical applications.
  • Correspond with principals and reply to day-to-day technical queries from Project Sales Engineers and customers.
  • Select appropriate products and configure DG sets using Cummins online tools.
  • Float RFQs to local vendors and overseas suppliers; conduct technical and commercial evaluations.
  • Coordinate internally for spare parts quotations, O&M contracts, and other support requirements.
  • Handover all relevant documents and details to Project Execution and Commissioning teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Support consultants and end-users at the design stage with calculations, specifications, layout drawings, and SLDs.
  • Join Sales Engineers in meetings with consultants/customers to provide technical support during the enquiry phase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in proposal preparation and application engineering for EPC/customized projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, DG sizing software, and MS Office.
