We have been appointed by our client to source the role of Business Unit Head. The Company is in the Agri Business (Seeds, Micronutrients, Fertilizers, Consulting) and has a significant presence in the local as well as international markets.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Business (SBU) located in Lahore. The Head of Business will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing financial performance, and leading the business unit strategy. Key tasks include team management, customer service, sales, and enhancing business processes to achieve financial targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal fit shall be a hybrid of MNC and local business experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance background
  • Experience of Managing Fertilizer, Micronutrients, Seed business
  • Excellent knowledge of Rural Agri value chains
  • Effective networking and relationship management skills
  • Proven experience in Team Management
  • Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Experience in management consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
