Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Managing Director, located in Lahore. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing business operations, developing and implementing strategies, managing teams, setting goals, and ensuring the company's financial success. The Managing Director will also be tasked with engaging stakeholders, forming key relationships, and representing the company at various events and functions.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, Management, and Organizational skills
  • Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving skills
  • Financial Acumen and Budget Management experience
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a Managing Director
  • Knowledge of the industry and relevant regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
