Are you an expert in transatlantic premium travel?

We are in high-end corporate and leisure travel, and we're expanding. We specialize in the UK-USA corridor, crafting seamless, first-class and Business class experiences for a discerning clientele. We're not just booking tickets; we're managing journeys for those who expect nothing but the best.

The Role:

We need a sharp, detail-obsessed International Travel Consultant who lives and breathes premium transatlantic travel. Your entire focus will be on designing and managing complex First & Business Class itineraries between the UK and the USA.

You're the perfect fit if you:

Know the nuances between a British Airways Club Suite, a Virgin Atlantic Upper Class seat, and the latest Delta One Suites.

Can navigate the specific visa and immigration requirements (ESTA, etc.) for UK-USA travel with your eyes closed.

Have proven experience booking high-value F&B class tickets, not just occasional upgrades.

Are a GDS whiz (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) and can build complex multi-city itineraries efficiently.

Understand the specific needs of clients flying this prestigious—and demanding—route.

Thrive on providing impeccable, proactive service and solving problems before they happen.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Consult with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients to plan their UK-USA travel.

Book complex First & Business Class itineraries, leveraging airline alliances and partnerships.

Secure the best fares, preferred seating, and exclusive airline amenities.

Arrange premium ground services: fast-track security, luxury lounge access, and private transfers.

Manage last-minute changes and provide 24/7 support for travelling clients.

Build and maintain relationships with key airline partners and luxury service providers on this specific corridor.
