Senior Procurement Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to manage sourcing and purchasing of raw materials and finished furniture products. You will negotiate with suppliers, ensure timely delivery, control costs, and maintain quality standards to support our production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for materials and products.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts to get the best value.
  • Coordinate purchase orders and ensure timely procurement.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and inventory teams.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in furniture or manufacturing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of furniture materials and supply chain.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other software.
