Job Objective

Lead sourcing event drafts and contracting needs for category group at the regional level and according to procurement strategies determined by corporate.  Provide support and develop country resource capabiltiy on source to pay tools.  Leverage supply forecasts, market analysis, and category reporting to support negotiations and supplier selection.  Execute sourcing events within provided spend limits as determined at corporate category group level.

Main Responsibilities
Align with internal and external key stakeholders (including CEPG- Cross Enterprise procurement group) to drive and ensure implementation of strategies for commodities managed.Run tenders for the managed categories to negotiate pricings as well as other terms and conditions to achieve Pipeline of value targets identified yearlyUnderstanding full business requirements and influence internal stakeholders to drive short term and long term productivities and reduce TCO.Ensure approvals and contracts for all High risk/High Spend concluded negotiation done at Coutry or Group level within managed portfolioEnsure compliance with all relevant business policies and SOPCreate preferred supplier lists for all categoires managed considering spend, relation tenure & pricing trendUtilize reporting and analytics to drive key strategies and decisions for the category groupMonitor industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and exploit emerging opportunities that benefit CCIFollow market trends for the raw materials of the procured items to recommend prebuy or hedging optionsIdentify and Develop alternative suppliers in line with group procurement strategy, create contingency plans. Work with BU post Group team approvals to ensure smooth inductionMake sure suppliers are aligned with Coca-Cola / CCI sustainability targets and are SGP approved where applicable. Candidate Qualification

Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant field
