Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a " 
Manager IT (Banking Sector)
for our leading client.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Strategy & Leadership

  2. Develop and execute the Group's IT strategy aligned with business goals.

  3. Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional IT team across multiple units.

  4. Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and their business impact.

  5. Infrastructure Management

  6. Oversee design, maintenance, and scalability of IT infrastructure (servers, data centers, cloud).

  7. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems.

  8. Implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.

  9. ERP Systems Management

  10. Lead implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

  11. Collaborate with stakeholders to customize ERP modules.

  12. Enhance ERP reporting and analytics for business intelligence.

  13. Network & Cybersecurity

  14. Design and manage secure networking architecture (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls).

  15. Ensure protection against cybersecurity threats and regulatory compliance.

  16. Software & Application Management

  17. Supervise development/maintenance of in-house applications and integrations.

  18. Manage software updates, licensing, and productivity tools deployment.

  19. Governance, Risk & Compliance

  20. Define and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security protocols.

  21. Manage vendor contracts and IT procurement budgets.

  22. Conduct IT audits for compliance with internal and external standards.

  23. Innovation & Digital Transformation

  24. Drive automation, digitization, and process re-engineering.

  25. Explore AI/ML, IoT, and cloud-native tools for efficiency.
  26. Promote agile practices and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field (MBA IT/MIS is a plus).
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in IT Infrastructure, ERP Management, Networking, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Cybersecurity, and Vendor/Budget Management.

  • CISA / CISM / CISSP
