Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Apps Developer
to design, develop, customize, and implement scalable CRM solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization, integrations, .NET development, and Microsoft Power Platform tools. This role requires the ability to deliver secure, efficient, and optimized CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using
Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 - Customize CRM components including entities, plugins, workflows, forms, business rules, JavaScript, and views
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET, C#, and related Microsoft technologies
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party systems via Web APIs, REST APIs, and OData
- Build automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure Logic Apps
- Perform data migration using SSIS, KingswaySoft
, or similar ETL tools - Optimize database operations and ensure CRM performance tuning
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions
- Utilize Azure services for enhanced
integration, scalability, and security - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality, integrations, and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 customization, configuration, and integration - Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft platform technologies
- Solid experience with Power Platform
(Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) - Strong knowledge of
Azure services
, API integrations, and security practices - Experience with
data migration strategies
and tools (SSIS, KingswaySoft) - Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server) and query optimization
- Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Solution Management in Dynamics 365
- Familiarity with Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps
- Experience with Canvas Apps and Custom Connectors
- Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Azure)
