We are seeking a proactive and phone-friendly "Senior Business Development Executive" to join our team for the night shift. The primary focus will be on the Upwork. The ideal candidate will excel at engaging with clients, closing leads over calls, and building strong client relationships, particularly with our USA-based clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects on the Upwork.

Communicate effectively with prospective clients via calls and messages to understand their requirements.

Close deals by delivering compelling value propositions.

Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in software development or design services.

Having a technical background would be an advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially over the phone.

Familiarity with freelance platforms.

Ability to work night shifts and cater to USA time zones.

Goal-driven, extrovert, self-motivated, and a customer-focused mindset.

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi

Shift timing: 09:00 pm to 06:00 am
