Fulcrum is looking for Business Development Manager for one of our FMCG client based in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

You'll be leading business growth by building strong client relationships, driving new opportunities, and managing key accounts. From pitching ideas and preparing proposals to leading projects with cross-functional teams, you'll make sure plans turn into results. Most importantly, you'll play a key role in shaping strategies that expand our market presence and strengthen partnerships

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years' experience in new business development, sales, activation, and client management reports to CEO
  • Proven ability to generate business and drive growth across industries/markets
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
  • Project management expertise, able to lead cross-functional teams and ensure delivery
  • Experience preparing/presenting RFPs, proposals, and tender documents
  • Strategic thinker with ability to design and execute business expansion plans

Preference: Candidates with activation business or FMCG/retail industry background

Pay: Rs350, Rs380,000.00 per month
