We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, generating leads, and building strategic partnerships to strengthen the company's market presence. This role requires strong knowledge of lead generation strategies, affiliate marketing programs, and brand identity management to effectively support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies through digital platforms, social channels, and networking.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, pipelines, and conversion metrics.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and strategic collaborators.
  • Support the development and execution of initiatives that enhance the company's brand presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging across campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
  • Work closely with sales teams to convert leads into long-term clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or affiliate marketing.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and brand positioning strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
