Role Overview:

As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in managing and growing the company's social media channels. This role is ideal for a creative individual who is passionate about digital marketing and social media trends. The internship is paid and offers the possibility to transition into a full-time position based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Support in developing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare basic reports on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with company goals

Requirements:

  • Must be female
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (students currently enrolled are not eligible)
  • Currently based in or willing to commute to Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site during regular office hours
  • Prior experience or coursework in marketing or communications is a plus but not required
