Job Summary:

The Factory Maintenance Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and executing maintenance activities for all factory in-house machines and electrical systems. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and load management to ensure smooth plant operations and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and perform maintenance of factory machines, electrical systems, and equipment.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults in MV and LT panels, drives, and control circuits.
  • Manage power factor correction, load management, and energy efficiency.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical and electro-hydraulic systems.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure minimal disruption to production.
  • Enforce compliance with company safety and operational policies.

Qualification
: DAE Electrical / B.Tech Electrical

Experience:
Minimum 5 to 8 years (industrial maintenance experience required

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, panels, and load management.
  • Skilled in electro-hydraulic maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

Additional Requirement:

  • Electrical License will be considered an added advantage.
