Job Description:

We are seeking a
skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager
with 3–4 years of experience in managing web and software development projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering projects from scratch to deployment, along with strong knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and client communication skills to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects across WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, , , PHP, Laravel, , and .NET.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning, requirement gathering, and resource allocation to execution and deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Conduct regular project progress reviews and resolve technical/operational issues.
  • Mentor and guide development teams to follow best practices.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a
    Technical Project Manager
    in web/software development.
  • Strong expertise in managing projects involving WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, , , PHP, Laravel, , and .NET.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from scratch to successful deployment.
  • PMP Certification is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
