Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Costing & Audit located in Karachi. The Assistant Manager Costing & Audit will be responsible for preparing costing of material like weigted average cost , cost of material ,audit reports, conducting audits compliance with policies and regulations and utilizing strong auditing and analytical skills in day-to-day tasks.

Position: Assistant Manager Costing & Audit

Location: Karachi

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years preferably manufacturing sector

Main Job Responsiblities


• Fimilar with External Audit planning, risk assesment, internal controls and including statutory audit complaince with ISAs, IFRS and regulatory framework.


• Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.


• Conudct physical audit inventory counts and reconcile by highlight the mismatch


• Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, pilferage, or obsolescence.


• Analyze product, labor ,factroy overhead costing and stock valuation for variance reporting.


• Monitor standard vs actual costs and recommend corrective actions


• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.


• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on action plans.


• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures


• Any other task assigns by the manager

Requirements:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance from a reputable University / Institute such as ACCA finalist/ CA /CAF/CMAetc or


• Knowledge of LIFO, FIFO, and weighted average costing


• 4-5 years of relevant experience in Audit manufacturing sector


• Relevant certification related to Audit is a plus "CIA" or other preferred


• Professional certification in Audit is preferred


• Proficient knowledge of Ms office
