About the Role:

Looking for a proactive and technically strong Associate Manager Utilities to oversee, monitor, and optimize utility operations across all branches and new development sites. The ideal candidate will ensure uninterrupted services by managing electricity, gas, water, HVAC, and backup power systems efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Utility Operations & Monitoring

  • Monitor and optimize electricity, gas, water, HVAC systems, and generators across all outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with energy policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.

Cost Management & Reporting

  • Oversee monthly utility bills (electricity, gas, water) for accuracy and on-time processing.
  • Analyze consumption and billing trends to flag discrepancies or spikes.
  • Prepare and submit monthly consumption and cost reports to management.
  • Track budgets, forecast consumption, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Projects & Site Development

  • Assist the Projects team in new site development and extension of existing outlets.
  • Coordinate utility arrangements and connections for new branches.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with utility service providers for billing, connections, and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with Finance for verification, cost allocation, and budgeting.
  • Support Operations with utility-related insights for branch performance.

Data Management & Compliance

  • Maintain a utility database (billing records, consumption history, and equipment performance).
  • Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.
  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation of all utility-related records.

Experience & Requirement:

  • 3–5 years in utilities management, facility operations, or energy optimization (food retail/HVAC/generator experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in billing, cost analysis, and reporting
  • Knowledge of safety standards, energy compliance, and utility systems
