Business Development Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive / Email Outreach Specialist to join our team and lead personalized outreach efforts for B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, email marketing, and prospecting using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach platforms (Apollo, Instantly, Hunter, etc.). If you're passionate about technology, communication, and conversions — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential leads through personalized email outreach campaigns.
- Use
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
to research and connect with targeted prospects. - Create and manage outreach lists; optimize campaigns based on open/click/reply rates.
- Track and report outreach performance and lead conversion metrics regularly.
- Work closely with internal teams to align outreach messaging with business goals and offerings.
- Prepare sales materials, pitch decks, and assist in follow-ups to nurture leads.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
for B2B lead generation. - Proven knowledge of email outreach platforms (Apollo, Instantly, Hunter, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting skills for cold emails and LinkedIn messaging.
- Understanding of CRM tools and lead generation workflows.
- Familiarity with the
B2B sales funnel
and outbound prospecting lifecycle.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with or selling to
software or SaaS companies
. - Familiarity with
sales automation tools
and outbound sequencing strategies. - Basic understanding of
marketing, branding, or digital sales funnels
.
Experience Level:
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in
business development

. - Preference will be given to candidates with
tech industry or SaaS experience.
