Assistant Manager HR

Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end recruitment, drive talent development initiatives, and support the implementation of performance and engagement programs aimed at building a high-performing and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for management and staff positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring.Build and maintain partnerships with universities and institutions for campus hiring, internships, and future talent pipelines.Support the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) and promote a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement.Plan, design, training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs in alignment with organizational goals.Create engaging HR presentations, and communication materials using Canva and PowerPoint.Support internal communication campaigns focused on employee engagement, organizational culture, and recognition initiatives.Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, training calendars, and HR metrics for reporting and analysis.Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and propose training or development solutions.Contribute to HR events, wellness activities, and employer branding initiatives.Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, training, or HR development (preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment).Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and design tools such as Canva.Familiarity with PMS, employee engagement, and HR communication tools.Key Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and creative design abilities.Good organizational and coordination skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Passionate about people development and workplace culture.-
