Position Purpose

This position is responsible for aligning financial strategies with business objectives, providing valuable insights, and supporting effective decision-making across the organization.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and challenges.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Provide clear, concise explanations of financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively recommend actions to enhance financial performance.
  • Work closely with department heads to develop financial plans aligned with business goals.
  • Provide financial insights and guidance during strategic planning sessions.
  • Liaison between finance and other departments to facilitate communication.
  • Provide financial guidance for projects, initiatives, and investments.
  • Contribute to cross-functional teams with financial insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with departments to create and manage budgets.
  • Assist in resource allocation decisions to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Lead the development of short-term and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Assess the financial impact of various scenarios to aid decision-making.
  • Responsible for management and financial reporting of Bestway Consultancy Services.

Experience and Qualification

  • MBA Finance, ACCA / CA (Part Qualified)
  • 02 to 04 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or related roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
